[:de]Neuigkeiten aus dem Lesesaal: Vollversammlung[:en]News from the plenary meeting [:]

[:de]Am 26.04. fanden sich einige Bewohner, Vereinsmitglieder, angehende Haussprecher und Ausschuss-Interessenten wie zu Beginn jedes Semesters im Lesesaal ein, um unter soften Rock und Pop die Vollversammlung über die Bühne zu bringen. Neben der Wahl der 20 Haussprecher bestand die auch Möglichkeit Mitarbeiter des Studentenwerks zu verschiedenen Problemen zu befragen. Was letzlich in der Trauer um die Niederlage der Bayern gegen die Dortmunder am selbigen Tag von dem Ein oder Anderen Awesenden vergessen wurde, ist hier in aller Kürze nochmal zusammengefasst.

Kernsanierung der Hangbauten

Seit Oktober 2016 tönt der Baulärm der Baustelle auf der Oberdorf-Seite durch (in erster Linie) die Gassen der hinteren Bungalow-Reihen. Grund dafür ist die komplette Entkernung und Erneuerung der Hangbauten des (HJ)K-Bereichs. Laut Studentenwerk soll der erste Bereich ab Frühjahr 2018, voraussichtlich zum Sommersemester kommenden Jahres für Ehepaare und Menschen mit Einschränkungen bezugsfertig sein. Sodass Mitte 2018 mit der Sanierung des nächsten Abschnitts begonnen werden kann. Für alle Bewohner, die zurzeit den Ausblick auf die seit Anfang des Jahres hochgezogene Spanplattenwand genießen, gibt es also vorerst keine Veränderung.

Einführung des Legickartensystems

Knapp ein Jahr ist es her seit die Einführung des Legic-Kartensystem für den Zugang zu Hochhaus und Waschsalon als „baldig“ angekündigt wurde. Seit der diesjährigen Vollversammlung wurde Situation zu „sehr bald“ aktualisiert. Legickarten seien für Parkhaus und Hochhhaus bereits erfolgreich in Betrieb. Die Kunststoffkarten für Personenidentifikationen sollen bestellt sein und werden derzeit für jeden einzelnen Bewohner kodiert. Damit hängt die Ausgabe der Karten nur noch von der Dauert dieses Prozesses ab. Weitere Verzögerungen sind daher nicht zu erwarten. Der Zugang durch die Legickarte soll verhindern, dass unbefugte Nicht-Olydorf-Bewohner den Waschraum nutzen können. Ob die Zahlung der Wasch-und Trockengänge künftig ebenfalls mithilfe Kunststofflarte durchgeführt werden kann, wurde nicht erwähnt.

 

 [:en]On the evening of the 26th april the student’s association of the olympiazentrum invited interested olydorf residents and members, prospective dorm speakers and committees to the library to bring off the semiannual plenary meeting. About 100 persons gathered in the reading room to present and get informed about the dorm committees and association’s work while soft rock and pop filled the room with an easy atmosphere. Residents had the possibility to elect their new dorm speakers and to pester representatives of the Studentenwerk with questions. Since some information might got lost during that evening’s tragic defeat of Bayern München by Dortmund’s football team, we shortly summarize the most important annoncements in the following.

Complete renovation and refurbishment of the appartments near rear bungalows

With the construction of the building lot in october 2016, noise and dust level rose especially in the rearmost bungalow alleys. The reason for this, is the complete gutting and renovation of the appartments in the HJK-buildings. According to the Studentenwerk, first appartments (for couples and disabled persons) shall be ready for occupancy in spring 2018 with the start of the summer semester. The next part of the building is planned to be gut for the middle of next year. All residents with the amazing view on the chipboard wall can enjoy this view at least for the rest of the year.

Introduction of the Legiccardsystem

More than four years ago, students of the dorm asked for the controlled entry to the laundry room to reduce unauthorized usage by non-resident people. About one year has passed since the last update on the Legic card system promised its introduction „within a short time“. Since the recent plenary meeting, it is certain: the Legic card system will come „very soon“. The plastic card based ID Legic card system is already successfully used in the car park and the Hochhaus, according to the Studentenwerk. For the usage as entrance allowance to the self-service laundry, Legic cards were ordered already. They are now in the process of encoding before being distributed to each resident.  The Studentenwerk annonced that further delay is not expected. Whether a payment function via Legic card is planned as well was not mentioned so far.[:]
